User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Limitation. In no event will CazTowing's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
